Service Description

A relaxing and soothing practice blending Hatha and restorative poses. Suitable for beginners and more advanced yogis. We will stretch and gently strengthen the muscles by combining slow flowing movements and longer held restorative poses to increase mobility and flexibility. St Pete Beach classes held at:  Upham Beach Park 6850 Beach Plaza, St Pete Beach, FL 33706 Metered parking at the beach 🏖 We meet South of the cabanas and concession stand. 🚗 There is free parking on Corey Ave. If you park there give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.*** No need to sign up, just be present! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Donations appreciated! but not required. (Venmo works!) Suggested donation $10-$20 but no one is turned away! All are welcome! Please Allow 60-75 minutes for class.
